Our Guatemalan palm leaf hats are hand braided and come to us with a blank and open crown and unshaped brim. We hand-shape and trim everything in house, and all palm leaf hats are finished with a leather antler hatband.

Braided palm leaf is considered the ultimate sun protection when it comes to summer hats. Light and breathable, palm leaf hats block 98% of UV light for an equivalency of UPF 50+.

The standard brim on an Sand Palm Leaf Hat is 3.5", the wide brim is 4.5" to 5".
